Not so shiny apple

I sent my Mac back to Apple with a few problems. Not being able to power it up being the major one. They fixed that problem but have now left me with another one. Bluetooth is not functional at all on my Mac. Greg was trying to send me a file via Bluetooth and was unable to detect my computer. I then tried to connect my phone to my Mac via Bluetooth and had the same problem. So I just want to say thank you to the fine folks at Apple. Being an Apple devotee is like being a crack addict. Yes, you do get a lift for a while, but eventually reality sets in and you return back to the real world. Where shit doesn't work. On the other hand I did spend 20 minutes this morning trying in vain to get Ed's Windows laptop to connect via wifi to the hotel's network. No such luck. Apparently he has been having this problem for days now. Which sucks being a tour manager and not being able to send or receive email. Sucks for him at least.
