Why do some privately owned garbage trucks in the NY area have flashing strobes?
When they are on is it to inform motorists of a garbage emergency?
Is there such a thing?
Why then do city owned and operated garbage trucks not have flashing strobes?
Is there some sort of garbage hierarchy that I am not aware of?
All this time I was thinking that garbage was garbage. Maybe I am wrong.
