Delta: the only thing more off putting than your antiquated, uncomfortable aircraft are your surly flight attendants who seem to be bothered by the fact that they have to do their job. This is only compounded when a customer asks for something. Then the real scowl comes out. Is it that hard to be pleasant. I guess it is.
